EVA KNOX accepts all credit cards and Paypal payments. I am sorry I do not accept checks or money orders.

Shipping

USPS Standard Flat Rate : 2-8 days (plus 2-4 days processing time)
USPS Priority Flat Rate: 1-3 days (plus 2-4 days processing time)

You will very likely receive your Standard and Priority items within the above estimated time frames, express shipping is the only method GUARANTEED by the U. S.P.S.

Please double check that you have entered your address correctly. I cannot be responsible for returned items if I am given misinformation. If an incorrect address is given, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued once the undeliverable package is automatically returned to my address.

*Note for International orders:
Please note that the receiver is fully responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred upon entering that country. I cannot be held responsible for these charges if and when they occur. Thank you.

Refunds and Exchanges

EVA KNOX wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find the item you received is not to your liking, I will gladly issue a merchandise credit minus the cost of shipping. I must receive the returned item within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact me and I will email you shipping & merchandise credit instruction.

I will gladly perform all repairs (minus EK Finds) for free minus shipping charges.

*SIZING

The size of EVA KNOX items will be noted in the listing. Special requests can be arranged, according to item.

* CARE:
All EVA KNOX pieces will give you lasting enjoyment with a few tips on caring for your pieces properly. Do not get your jewelry wet. Oils from your skin or chemicals may damage your pieces over time. Do not exercise, sleep, swim or shower in your EVA KNOX  jewelry. Avoid spraying perfume or getting lotions directly onto your pieces. Always wipe clean and keep them carefully stored when not in use. From time to time, gently wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth to remove dirt & oils. Only sterling Silver pieces can be cleaned with regular sliver jewelry polish.
